到底enbloc是不是成功了，为什么没有一点欣喜？

Although during the marketing period, we had 4 interested parties who requested for the tender document, none of them put in a firm bid.
However, the good news is that XXX’ bid is still intact and the CSC has decided to award the site to them.
We will be update owners with further information at an owners meeting to be scheduled next Saturday morning.
