为enbloc不成功的事烦了一阵子，终于“见月明”？
到底是“见月明”还是还抱着一丝希望，昨天agent给我的电邮让我有点enlightment的感觉。
电邮是这样的：－－
We received a few offers but all of them are below the Reserve Price of $21m. The offers we received are in the range of $18-19m.
We will continue in our efforts to market ＸＸＸ by placing advertisements in newspapers and getting in touch with other developers in our database. We have placed advertisements in Straits Times Classified on 13 and 15 July 2010 and a few potential buyers have come forward. They are doing their sums now and we hope to receive better offers from them.
